 BUTTERMILK PANACOTTA

- 600 grs heavy cream
- 6 gelatin leaves
- 2 cans condensed milk
-- 1 Qt buttermilk
 

 SIMPLE PANACOTTA

(vanilla)
- ¼ Lb(or 125 grs) Mascarpone cheese
- 350 grs yogurt
- 1 Qt milk (boiled)
- 6 ½ gelatine leaves
- 1 pint vanilla simple syrup
 

 ALMOND PANACOTTA

- 1 Qt almond milk
- 1 Qt ½ & ½
- 1 can(small) condensed milk
- 9 leaves gelatin leaves

ALMOND  PANACOTTA
(Toasted)
- 540 ml cream
- 20  grs toasted slivered almonds
- 12 apricot seeds (inside of pits)
                          
- 4 ½ sheets gelatin
- 200 grs sugar 0r condensed milk(to taste)
- 800 grs buttermilk
 

 BLACK MANGER or SESAME PANACOTTA

    - 1 liter milk

- 500 grs heavy cream

- 240 grs sugar

- 35 grs corn starch

- 3 ½  gelatin leaves

- ¼  cup Bourbon

- 2  tBsp Black sesame paste
