 (cold)
- 6 yolks
- 50 grs hot water
- 250 grs warm honey
- 600 grs whipped cream
- ¼ cup of any Brandy ( G-M, Kirsch, Calva, Pear,....)

- 1 bottle Champagne
- 12 yolks + 1 egg
- 200 grs sugar
- 650 grs whipped cream
