 BANANA BREAD

 - 3# butter

- 6# sugar blanched together
-20 eggs
-6 # cake flour
-4 onc BP
- 1 Qt buttermilk
- 6 bananas, pureed

- 2 ½ # roasted walnuts

     ___OR____

3 ½ cups sifted flour

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

2 c. mashed bananas (4-6)

2 tbs. lemon juice

¾ c. shortening

1 ½ c. sugar

3 eggs

¾ c. milk

½ c. chopped pecans or walnuts

 

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and baking soda.

Mash bananas with beater or fork.

Add lemon juice and mix.

Cream shortening and sugar with mixer at medium speed.

Add eggs and beat thoroughly until very light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.

Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, fold in bananas and nuts.

Beat after each addition.

Pour into greased 8 ½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ “ loaf pans.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.

Cool in pans for 10 minutes.

Remove from pans and cool on rack. Wrap in foil and let stand in cool place overnight before slicing.

- 2 # Brown Sugar
- 14 Eggs
- 2 oz Vanilla extract
-m 10 oz Rum
- 6 cups Cake Flour
- 3 cups Nuts (any kind)
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
 BROWNIE

- 680 gm Chocolate (65 to 72&  semi sweet)

- 1 kg 200 Butter
- 17 Eggs
- 2 kg 400 Sugar
- 680 gm Cake Flour
- 450 gm chopped Walnuts
- 4 cups Chocolate Chips

bake at 325 F for 15 to 20 min

- 1kg600 Sugar
- 16 Eggs
- 4 Bananas
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 3 pint Corn Oil
- 500 gm All purp. Flour
- 500 gm Roasted Filbert Flour
- 30 gm Baking Soda
- 40 gm Baking Powder
- 5 gm Sea Salt
- 20m gm ground Cinnamon
- 300 gm Walnuts
- 1 1/2 boxes Golden Raisins

for a three layers ,1/2 sheet tray cake
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 2 lb Cream cheese
- 2 lb 10 X
- Vanilla
 RED VELVET CAKE
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 ¾ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ cup cake flour
- 1 tsp BP
- 1 tspBS
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract + red food color
 
Cream the eggs , add sugar and cream well. Add oil slowly and beat well.
Sift all dry ingredients
Add the vinegar, the buttermilk, then add this mix to the first mix and also
 vanilla and food color, and beat the hell out of it.
Add the flour slowly
Bake at 340ºF for 40 min
 ZUCCHINI 
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla X
- 2 ½ cup all purp. Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cup shredded zucchinis
